Who are we?ATLAS INSURANCE MANAGEMENTAtlas Insurance Management, a leading independent insurance management firm, provides captive insurance company formation and management services in a choice of US domiciles as well as the traditional 'offshore' domiciles of the Cayman Islands, Anguilla, the Bahamas, and Nevis. As at 31st December 2009, ATLAS had over 150 clients under active management, with annual premium exceeding $250m, as well as access to four “cell” captives that are available for clients’ use on a select basis. ExperienceATLAS has worked with all forms of captives including single parent, group, association, rent-a-captive, RRGs, and cell captives. It has structured and managed captive programs for both casualty and property coverages, including warranty, workers compensation, auto liability, general liability, marine and transit and medical malpractice. Our regulatory experience includes working with insurance regulators in multiple domiciles and we interact with many of the State insurance departments throughout the U.S. ATLAS owns and operates a RISK POOL that allows clients to achieve risk diversification - a requirement by the IRS for any insurance company. |
