Nicole Conliffe

Nicole Conliffe is a Senior Account Manager and has been a qualified accountant for over ten years and holds membership with both the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago.

After qualifying with PWC in Trinidad, Nicole continued in public practice for two years before joining IBM World Trade Corporation (Trinidad Branch) as the Financial Analyst. This role was focused on internal controls, reporting to the General Manager directly, local tax and statutory filings as well as reporting to district headquarters in Canada. Nicole moved on to Bermuda and changed industry after playing a key role in the Trinidad Branch being rated ‘Best of Breed’ of the Caribbean offices for its’ internal controls and process mappings and documentation.

In 2001 Nicole joined Marsh Management Bermuda (an MMC Company) and worked her way up to the position of Account Executive in 2005. Managing a team of five qualified accountants, Nicole played a pivotal role in coordinating the accounting and insurance services provided to over 35 clients, most of which were owned by Fortune 500 companies. As part of her duties she held the role of Director on the Board for the majority of these clients including the captives for IBM, Comerica Bank, Hess, Gap Inc., Sotheby’s, Smithfield Foods and ConAgra Foods.

Nicole left Bermuda in 2007 as a Vice President of Marsh and joined the Atlas team.
